Welcome back to another BIKE CHECK by Thrashin Supply. This week we have the Thrashin shop bike, our 2022 Harley-Davidson Low Rider ST also known as the FXLRST. The demand for these bikes have been high since before they were even released, and this bike has lived up to the hype. Other than the rad styling which is reminiscent of the FXRT, this bike rips! Just based on who I follow & the reels y’all repost, I really think it’d be a good move to post a short vid like the old days about the riser extensions you guys offer. A lot of people get all stuck on the exact height overall a bar & riser setup offers & I think y’all might get some more “on the fence” customers. Anyways, hope to see you guys in sturgis next year!! Plan on trading in my 19 Streetbob this year, torn between this and the low rider s. I hate the offset bags, especially after changing the exhaust. Won't get the speakers as I use my bluetooth in my helmet, but it's a sexy bike! Sadly moved from CA last year to Texas, but moving to AZ shortly so will be back splitting lanes in no time. The lowrider s seems easier to upgrade (and cheaper) as I already have the thrashin escape bags and a road warrior fairing that'll i'll transfer over. But great great video, and fuuuuuuuck I miss splitting lanes.

The Thrashin ST is looking hot right now! I took an ST for ride last weekend to see what all the talk is about. It is a fun bike to ride and the 117ci engine really gets up and goes. Unfortunately at 6'4" it was a little to cramped for me, so I think I will just stick to the full sized baggers! Great video by the way!

Also the suspension was not great and the fairing sucked at deflecting wind. Knees were in my chest and got speed wobbles at 90+. I feel it’s a hype bike not worth the $. You would need to throw 5-10k into comfortable and ride right. It looks cool though.

Does the Thrashin pipe come with that right rear passenger peg bracket? I’ve got HD passenger peg mounts and it looks like it in a different location on that side. Might not work for these 2-into-1’s.

There are 2 locations on the softail frame to mount the right passenger peg. Right now there is a plastic plug in the hole you will use for your passenger peg mount. Notice this bike has passenger pegs on it

Cause I was riding the bike a little more aggressive after my trip to Arizona… when I’m doing wheelies I like to be able to wrap my foot around a peg, rather then a board. That’s really the only reason.

It’s been good so far for us. 👍🏻 a lot of the tuners are good if you know how to use them. Example, if a tuner knows how to use a specific brand tuner, it’s best you go with what they are comfortable with to get the best tune. 👍🏻

Interesting take. What height and weight are you? At 5’9” and 145lbs I haven’t experienced what your describing. I’ll admit it doesn’t have the same wind protection as my Road Glide… but it is a smaller fairing, so that’s a given. But I haven’t experienced wobbles. The mids are definitely different then Dyna or FXR location, but I don’t hate it.

Do the risers for your baggers work with the softail too? KRAUS has the risers, but trying to find out if yours will work??? Just found this video and he is using a KRAUS Plate, not what I saw for the Soft Tail on their site.
