Thanks man. Thats a long time friend who cut that in his house! Always looking for cool tunes so we do not get Dinged on Copyright. Yall hang in there in AZ. Hopefully this will all pass SOON!
I miss riding with my group. Finally got out this past week although it snowed this morning so Winter isn't quite over yet up here in Mass. Keep it Safe!
Always a great video. Keep getting out and blogging from the motorcycle. There will be another Beale Street bike night in the future and the next will be a real homecoming. Thanks for sharing.
Cold as crap up here in Indianapolis this week, but next week will be mid to upper 60's all week, so I will be social distancing on the Goldwing next week for sure!
Sorry your bike night is down, it is this way everywhere I’m sure. Our bike nights are not that big but we still enjoy getting to hang out and with friends we haven’t seen all winter!
I really enjoyed this video Mike. The thumbnail is priceless. I loved that road. Beale Street bike night was a hoot. Quite an experience to be there with the famous MEMPHIS MIKE. Great time. Thanks man. Hang in there.
Better check it out before you go East. I saw a notice stating that the Guvment closed the Pisgah National Forest which contains ALL of the Dragon and surrounding area. NOT allowed on the roads, trails or in campsites until August 13th 2020.
Memphis Mike...man there's nothing better than sitting back with a coffee and catching up on videos. Then out the blue you here your name or channel...it always takes a second for it to register 😂 and yes I rewind to hear it again🤣 thanks for brightening my day. Sorry to hear about bike night being closed I know how much you enjoy it. But I see you out on 2 making your own bike night...that's how we do it my dude👍👍Thanks for sharing the ride and the surprise shout out.😎👍😎
Yeah...you know this too hopefully shall pass and we can all get back to normal life eventually. until then, just have to keep riding and getting in the miles. im sure you going crazy over there! HaHa, yeah man..,always good when you hear your name called out!! 😊
It's good to know you're able to ride. In my country, Trinidad and Tobago, we are operating essential services only. We're not totally locked down as our deaths so far is only 8, 114 positive. However, we are observing social distancing and stay home unless to go tithe grocery or pharmacy. Soon, it shall pass and we will many stories to share. Hope your family is fine especially your son.
Nice that you got out . That bkke night sure seems awesome, I haven't seen anything like that here, not sure if we will anytime soon. I may get out for a sprint on Friday early .. how are you liking the session mount. I have more go pro attachments than I need. Sure wish they'd come out with a new session.
This little mount works real well. Not too many places on Wing to use it. Designed more for bikes with regular handle bars. But it is very versatile and aircraft aluminum as well. Heck ive used it on my Bird feed poles as well. I actually love the Little Session 5. They are due for a new one, although not holding batteries is a down side to it, but i love the small fingerprint. I was using it for helmet cam until I got the 7. Hang in there Bruce!
Thanks for the great video. I have to ask what cell phone Holder you have on your bike and what phone is that you have? I have a Galaxy S10 5G. Looking for a holder for it on my 85 Aspencade. Roger H..
@Nash Rockett I used my Rode Lav Mic on this video. I honestly think it is a "tad" too sensitive as compared to my cheaper $30 mic. My gain was hitting about -12 to -6DB, but it sounded like in spots, it was being over driven, however, not peaking.. not sure if you noticed that or I am Witch hunting and hearing something that is not there....or just being too ANAL about it 🤣
MM sorry to here about Bike Night, I really enjoyed it 2 years ago where I met you. I have cabin fever real bad, I haven't ridden since 1-21, the wife had a stroke and I've been nursing her back to health, she's rack 100%, so tomorrow I'm cleaning the Harley and on Saturday I'm riding, it's gonna be 74 here in Las Vegas.. Stay safe...
@@MemphisMike901 She's doing good, no lasting effects, no need for surgery, good report from doctor, will be monitoring. She started driving on the 1st and spending money on the 1st. Yeah its strange not seeing the casino closed and no slots on anywhere.
I have been wanting to go motorcycle camping for months. Winter is often our best time to ride, and camp while it is not too hot here in Arizona. Every campground is closed that I normal visit. It all seems doubly bad because my wife and I already had Covid, and got through it last January. So we probably don't have anything to fear at this point other than possibly able to spread the virus. So we are being careful for the sake of others who might not get through it so easily. I guess patience is the rule for now. Still I am looking forward to this pandemic being over. I want to get out and do some real long rides.
I was in Millington in 1980, we went to Overton Square I think... I'd like to come back to see the area again by RV and Goldwing. I enjoy watching your videos and hearing your encouragement to others. Do you know of a place called Shake Rag Tn? I went there once and tried some drink, tasted about like gasoline. Awful, but we lived through it. Way before Home Brew became a thing. Be safe Mike.
Yep. Shake Rag kind of a Biker Dive. Hang out..get a burger, have a brew. I might go once a year. It is probably 15 mins from the Naval Base in Milkington
@@MemphisMike901 I just googled the website. The place has changed since I was there Was a little white shanty and the drink was $5- in a jar, out back... I recall. Looks a lot different now from here.
@@winginitwithjohn8451 It is still a popular gathering place for bikers, and is often a stop along the way for a Poker Run or benefit ride of some sort. they will have bands...bbq pit smoker going...etc.
Good Morning Mike, just purchase a GoPro 8 and I'm totally lost what to do with it. No instruction manual or support. Any suggestions would be helpful. Phil
Nice jam MM. This has been definitely a new era. The no leisure motorcycle riding in MI has been extremely brutal but necessary to keep us all safe. No reason to take chance on needing emergency services. My 2 week vacation looks to be dead. Maybe 2021 will allow me to go west. Stay safe. Scoot nights will return soon my friend. #unt
No problem riding here in Florida, no restrictions, few cars on the road and less chance for an accident so its a good time! Hope things open up for you .
Beale st. bike night isn't one of the best in the country, from what we've seen, its absolutely the number 1 in the country. Its like a weekly rally. If there any bike night that's, better we haven't seen it yet. The last bike night we had here in Northern Cali had less than 10 bikes including us. Nice road and music...Yup you should take day and head to the dragon, can't get enough of the twisty's. We ride daily, fortunately no enforcement on riding. Thanks for the ride!
It makes me wonder if Sturgis will be canceled? I also miss bike nights and just going to HOG meetings. But I think it is more important that we are all staying safe. Times will get better. Ride Safe
Talk about wanting to ride, here in upstate New York we had two days of near 60° weather last week. We got our bikes out the first day and took an 80 mile ride the next. Last time out was October 24th. Now the weather has been snowy and cold. The next two days calls for accumulating snow. We are allowed to ride so long as we don't congregate and mask up during and close contact. Ride on brother.
Glad you got out here in Maryland, PA limited to essential travel I’m still riding making sure to do the basic stuff like coming to complete stops signaling not doing anything to get noticed or pulled over.
