Of course, your idea is correct, but I have made this project to carry tools, secondly, I have made this project in my warehouse, which has an entrance of 80 cm and I had to use an elevator to go up. I could not make it wider 🤷🏻. Of course, the goal of this project was to build with the least facilities and budget, thank you for your comment
Fantastic. Not quite sure how the build was going to work but eventually it all clicked. You got all the basics right. Very easy to modify to Mk.2. I like how you did the wheel supports. Thank you.
thank you for your comment The project was not a problem in general, but sometimes it feels a little unbalanced in the front part of the bike I will soon present a new project with a fix for this problem 💪🏼
No, but if you want to make it for yourself, try to use 2x2 (cm) wood, it is better to use 20 inch wheels, if the distance of the trailer is not too much, put the wheels in the middle, my only problem There is a lot of weight with this project. It becomes difficult to balance by carrying heavy items at low speed Thank you for your comment 💙🙏🏼
@@HandyMarD Better for the wheel position is to put the wheels at 55%, of the length so you have hitchloading. A trailer behaves more nicely with a small amount of hitch loading and wheels back of center makes it behave more nicely. Too little to no hitch loading the trailer will start weaving and in an emergency braking situation this can become very dangerous quickly. 2cm x 2cm wood is too thin. 2 x 2 cm aluminium tubing would be ok. I used 2cm x 4cm wood for my trailer, should already be half the weight of what you used. As a flooring, 18mm mdf is too thick, 9mm plywood would suffice, even 6mm would work. And mdf by the first sign of water will start swelling, wrong material for intended use. I think the towbar will fail. There is a reason why commercial bike trailers have the towbar connected a small amount under the frame or center tow bars have connections running back under the frame. A classic bicycle will always be dificult to balance at low speeds, no matter the weight, this is where a trike or quadricycle shines. Peace.
For the most part of the introduction i was wondering what were you doing SO FAR from the camera in obscurity. Do yo live in SIBERIA that you had to do it at cacle light in a closed environmentt? OUTDOORS WORK please
hi my friend , thank you for your comment , It was a spur of the moment idea I live in an apartment house and it is not legal to work outside the house A simple idea with minimal facilities, which in my view was not successful at all . Honestly, I tried to make what I needed. I made it and used it, but it was not useful welcome to social media Here you can use the personal experiences of others or not 🙏🏼
