This is so good. "just trust the process" is a huge turn off. This why i switched coaches mid prep, cuz they would hate it when I would ask questions. When i understand why something is happening or why we are changing it, i can then relax, not stress and my body responds better with that. I spent several months with not progress in my physique, final switched coaches and my body has been dropping weight far easier and he is far more encouraging and keeps me calm through the process. It makes a huge difference. Love these detailed nutritional understanding videos. Super helpful.

By far one of the most interesting and informational videos I have seen. I began listening to the podcast, but switched to the RU-vid video when Adam mentioned Ashley’s hair. I just had to see it and I’m so glad I watch the video, I was much more engaged. Some of Adams information was a little over my head but it definitely gave me some good ideas to research. 🌟I listen to many different podcasts. MANY. I don’t notice the difference in volume between you both. Difference in volume or clarity between two people is my peeve. I unfollow all that have that problem. You don’t have that problem. I’m still here...listen and absorbing. 🧡🌟
I once heard a trainer about a girl he was training for bikini "it's just about looking pretty" and I really think guys like that are letting their clients down. You two are an amazing team!! Question, if possible: If Ashley is eating around 70 g of carbs and maybe around 130 g of protein that's 800 calories. In the context of what I assume to be a fairly low-fat diet, how many calories do you end up eating both during prep and during off times.
Adam and Ashley what about fructose, dairy and sugar in quest bars? How do these affect metabolism? Also I am currently doing intermittent fasting and I wake up each morning with fat loss! Can you talk about this? thanks

So my question is if it's ok to just eat 2 or 3 meals a day without losing any gains, how are you getting enough protein in to maintain or BUILD muscle???...
