Can you do a video detailing the average “stats” or “measurement ranges” that the genetically elite tend to fall within based on all the data you’ve collected at the CPC? It could be cool to put into perspective with numbers what is considered genetically elite hip to shoulder to waist ratios or any other “stats” that add context
If you are someone with naturally very thin skin who gets that graininess easily to their legs, how would you go about that? Especially also if you also need to get in that conditioning due to uneven bodyfat distribution where stomach and lower back will be too soft if you try to soften up the legs?

Just lulia just beat Reijuana and Daraja. Bikini is so confusing tbh.... not sure how she pulled that win in Arizona. She isnt better than Daraja or Reijuana. I think judges got it wrong.
