His lawyer Magnitsky found a massive fraud in the tax receipts of the Russian government and being a person of conscience reported it to the Government agencies. (Like how here in America, we’d say “the Southwest” when referring to that part of the country, not “Southwest.”) They now prefer to be called “Ukraine” as a way of stating they are their own independent country (something Putin obviously needs help learning!)

The issue is not providing weapons that can reach Russian territory, but Russia is buying long-range weapons from Iran and North Korea.
