every time i listen to this i miss my rottie ;_[ most "aggressive" breed dogs are just verry loyal goobers with a small percentage trained and breed for horrific purposes. love your velvet hippo and give them extra skitches!
@@center4nerds incorrect. They have been bred to be fearless and to fight. Can it heard sheep? Not very well. Hunt birds? Nah. It has been bred to fight. To think otherwise is to be in denial. Good dogs? Yes, but they need a competent owner who knows what they have.
Same. I had that thought as I searched this clip. "In 3 days I went from 'fuck this dog' to 'OMG this dogs gonna die some day. How am I emotionally going to do deal with that'"
Ugh Im so sick to my stomach with the flu I can't even blink without getting nauseous...but laughing at Bill Burr is well worth throwing my equilibrium to vomit. Love this dude.
bill burr is awesome. i saw him at a free show in the LSU student union one day when i just happened to be going to buy a book. the show was at like 4pm, in the middle of the food court. it was me and like 25 foreign kids who happened to be milling about. you know he didnt want to do that room, but he went out and fucking killed it. he made a bunch non native english speakers laugh their asses off for a whole hour. dude is a pro.
My ex had a pitbull I love pitbulls so we bonded instantly. Soon the dog would cuddle with me instead of her and only listen to me. My favorite was when I would sleep during the day (I work nights) she would lay next to me watching the door to protect me. I miss the dog WAY more then the ex XD
Oooooh... Probably because they don't get to see him actually do the stand-up. You should upload video of him actually doing it w/out copy r. More hits, more likes.
I don't see how anyone likes this. It isn't a clever joke, it's a stupid joke. Stupid jokes are funny when they catch you off guard, but when you're actively trying to be funny it just sounds pathetic. That's the way I see it at least. I just feel like this is low grade comedy and a lot of what Bill Burr does are things that I would laugh at when I were at school, but not as an adult.
@@bakersmileyface you’re the problem with this country right now. Just totally take yourself too seriously and have nothing better to do than irritate people with your garbage cause you’re actually a pissant
My cousin, her husband and their 5 y/o have this Pit, Rose. Was the sweetest thing ever, never once so much as growled at anyone. Then one day it starts growling at the kid. They bring in a trainer who suggests they put it down before its too late and the kid gets bit.The next day when my cousin went to pet her she damn near got bit, so they took it to the vet.Thankfully the vet found out it was aggressive because of an ear infection. Once she got treated she was back to her old self.
Yeah kids are aggressive with dogs and the dogs don't really seem to care. Especially pitbulls. But with that ear infection the pain of being grabbed or smacked in the ear would make anyone snap
Words of Wizdom my 2 year old is really rough with our Doberman. But this dog is the sweetest thing and is so gentle with the kids. Same thing happened to us and we found out she had a staph infection. Once she was better, she was right back to being a sweetheart.
This is so hilarious and true, almost the exact same thing happened to me. I'm not a big fan of pets and I started going out with a girl who had a pit bull. It's been a few years and now I would take a bullet for that dog.
Oh my God, I thought I was the only one enjoying the sidewalk clearing thing. If I take all my three pibbles out, people scurry away like that parting of the Red Sea scene with Charlton Heston in "10 commandments." I don't have to worry about dodging slow walkers or anything.
same for me when I'm walking my friends great dane and my carpathian shepherd mix. People go out of their way to avoid us, some even pick up their dogs
I have a pitbull we get away with it on the insurance by calling it a mix, my boyfriend tried tickling me the first time i got her --and she boxed him right off of me and held his chest down (looked back for approval and realized it was a joke then licked his face). They are best friends now. Shes the best thing i see when i get home from work, this beautiful doggy runs up to me and is so excited to see me she cries. Her tail wags 500 times a second. She has shown us what unconditional love is.
its true. i had one for 6 years, nicest dog ever. i recommend this to any one with a pitty (or any other dog actually), while its a puppy i took her to the mall all the time to get used to alot of people. literally when my dog got into an altercation with other dogs, my dog would chill there while the other dog flipped out. super cool dog, but unfortunelty it passes away recently, chasing after a cayotee... probably wanted to play with it too R.I.P kush
5:45 I can appreciate his viewpoint on the emotional devastation you expect to experience when your dog dies. One of the hardest things that I had to do was to euthanize my dog, and I was wrecked. He was such a better dog than I am a person, but he had cancer that finally got out of control, and I gave him an easy death, but I still feel like shit doing it even 2 years later. Sucks they die so young, and by young I mean, I put him down at 15 years and 10 months. Had him since he was 2.
I know I'm a stranger, and these words won't mean much, but you did an amazing thing for your friend. I'm approaching the point with one of my dogs where I know that decision is rapidly approaching (she and her sister are almost 10, but she had 4 cancerous tumors removed a year ago), and I really don't know how I'm going to cope. But if I can make sure that she can end her life with minimal pain and maximum joy, then I'm going to do that! I just wish we had that choice ourselves.
Ten13Grl I want to point out two things. Don't rush into the decision and don't wait too long. My remaining dog is on palliative care - meaning I'm drugging her, and it's going to end her life quicker, but she can at least enjoy it. She's almost 16, and she's a big Samoyed. Second, the reality is we do have the choice for ourselves, it's just not talked about. A morphine overdose is commonly used to end a life in a hospital setting. This has been going on for at least 20 years. I know from first hand experience. But I've never testify in court about it, and I'd lie about it under oath. I won't implicate a doctor for murder for doing what had to be done. It was either die now, or 2 weeks later in agony. It simply isn't discussed because, technically, it is murder. The doctor offers it, but it's left up to the patient.
fuzzywzhe, she's acting more like a puppy now than she did when she was a puppy, so I'm hoping that last for another couple of years. I'm a realist, though, and when the time comes that she's no longer enjoying her life, I will know it, and that will be the time. It's always about what is best for my best friend. :-) It's absolutely disgusting to me that a doctor doing right by their patient (and doing what the patient wants!) could be brought up on charges. Thank you to you and those you work with for giving fellow human beings the ability to die in peace.
fuzzywzhe Just because something is inevitable sure doesn't make the acceptance of it any easier. Bonding with a dog is a profound life changing experience. Your story is both extremely sad and very beautiful. I hope you're doing better now. Letting your friend go is a brutal process.
Hey. Good memories are the best memories. Don’t fret about how the dog is gone, focus on all the good times you had with him/her. I hope you still have them after 8 years.
My 40 yr old sister just announced to her family of 5 that they are getting a pit bull puppy. Her husband is not feeling it just like the cat she brought home 6 yrs ago that he now loves. I immediately sent her this clip.
Same thing with a Chow Chow. She is so sweet, unless she thinks you are in anyway threatening me. But I never have to do that “let your dogs visit” hassle.
Lol, as a proud dachshund owner, I actually agree with you. Mine is small, so she can't do much damage, but she is more skittish around strangers and prone to bite out of nervousness than my big dogs
if you do research on the breed there actually one of the most people friendly dogs around they are great dogs to protect your small children and have fun with them hence one of there nicknames the nanny dog
