I'm 6 year vegan and I know what you mean about eating healthy being so difficult to deduce in with internet culture being the way it is. All I can say is that meat eggs and dairy are not necessary to live healthy. But veganism isn't some magic auto healthy diet that instagram yoga chicks think it is. You still gotta eat smart and watch your nutrition.

Try animal rich Keto Bill, I was vegan 35 yrs ago, vegetarian for a decade. So I have experience of several styles of eating. One can have a healthy vegan or vegetarian diet, but IMO it's better and way easier with a well formulated animal rich ketogenic diet.

OK, Bill here’s the way I look at it and makes sense too me. 1. Look at your genetics of your grandparents what did they die from and what Age? 2. Processed meat is bad. 3. Deep fried food is bad. 4. Eat the whole Egg Grass fed/free range atleast 2 per day. 5. Steak cooked medium. I don’t care who says what about supplements you will not re-create the nutrients in a Steak and the proper cholesterol from an egg. 6. Eat greens at least one salad a day. The more diversity of greens the better. 7. There’s nothing wrong with having a random fruit at least once per day. 8. 1 cup coffee is good for you. 9. Sleep. 5 hr least more sleep recovers the body and helps with testosterone development. Aka fountain of youth for men. 10. Water. How much? Example: if you weigh 150 lbs drink 75 oz water at least per day. 11. Exercise: walk / swim / bike 30 mins per day. 12. Get Sun. Natural sun. 13. Grain bread/oatmeal NO white bread. 14. Smoking is never good. You need your lungs and without them everything living is dead. Smoking constricts the arteries that’s why a lot of smokers either get heart attacks or strokes. 15. Beer : An occasional beer is fine it’s good for you. Too much can give you high blood pressure. 16. Stress is never good try to eliminate it. 17. And go fuck yourself. Haha. Great podcast Bill.
