Love that Jerry Reed...funny stuff and beautiful music. All the good things are leaving and being replaced with every hateful thing on earth. Those were the days when you could laugh, sing, make fun, and have a good time without having to worry you might offend someone somewhere in the world and be attacked for it.
I used to watch all those fishing shows and I did a fair amount of fishing. However, I am ashamed to say I haven’t wet a line in years. Life is just too busy. Something needs to change in my life! BTW that video at the end was priceless! Outstanding video today! I’m so glad I watched!
Jerry Reed and Porter Wagoner were tremendous friends. Wagoner recorded Reeds Misery Loves Company and was a huge hit and helped Red make the big time.
