i just want to point out the fact that the whole time i watched this i was just happy, because i remember watching bill as a kid in school, his "learning clips" were a part of my childhood something i looked forward to wanted to watch something that made me like my childhood brought me happiness and now seeing this the recent words of b'nye makes me realize my childhoods still there, im still here and still learning, for some reason that brings me happiness and shows me how far i've come in life

Subscribed for interviewing Bill Nye, and the music used in the intro video to this playlist and the last video that I saw before clicking the playlist link in the last video in this playlist, The Origin of You. Which was the first video I saw because of how RU-vid plays videos from most recent to oldest by default. I looked in the about to that video, saw the link to Beginning, thought it odd that links start with dft.ba (don't forget to be awesome? coincidence) and clicked it. Here I am. Hi.

Because of a game I use to play. For 6 years I thought experience was displayed by a blue bar because to me that bar was the same color as the sky. The game had an update that added a new kind of experience in a different color but I couldn't see that and while complaining about the fact that I couldn't see my progress anymore I found out from other players that what for 6 years I thought was blue was actually pink. The new kind of experience that was added was blue.

I don't think I would have managed to do that interview. I would have been too busy finding excuses to touch him, thinking "I'm touching Bill Nye the Science Guy's sleeve." But you did it, and managed to seem totally cool about it, and for this I applaud you.

Well, in OOT there were the three Golden Goddesses Nayru, Farore and Din that created everything from the void, not to mention all the temples too. And besides that, there were tons of borrowed Middle-Eastern/Asian religious elements throughout the game (the Islamic emblem of the crescent moon/star on the mirror shield, Sheik which is a Hindu elder, the Desert Colossus that looks like Shiva, the apotropaic all-seeing eye, a Farsi chant later removed from the Fire temple theme, and many more).
