*This was three weeks ago!!!!* WHAT?? It's so bittersweet and heartbreaking to watch. When someone is here one day and gone the next. Really hard to believe. Especially since he seemed so happy and full of life here. The message is "Always CHERISH your loved ones"! Farewell Bill Paxton, I loved your movies. Peace and love to his family and friends.
Bill Paxton is seriously one of the coolest, nicest guys in Hollywood. It's so refreshing to see a celebrity who's actually down to earth and "regular" instead of a total stuck up asshole. He's awesome. :)
RIP Bill Paxton. My fave actor growing up since he starred in so many films I loved... Titanic, Apollo 13, Terminator, Twister, True Lies, Predator II, I could go on.. but then I discovered what an amazing talent he is at directing as well as acting such as The Greatest Game Ever Played & Frailty which is aa brilliant film. Also in the music industry he was behind Barnes & Barnes & Martini Ranch as well as appearing in Pat Benatar & New Order music videos. This guy for me will be sorely missed!

I also had a similar dream about Tom Cruise. But I can honest to God say that Bill, oh Bill Paxton. I am not a gay person, but still I absolutely adore Bill.

If you hadn't seen it, watch him as Billybob Thornton's brother, a lead role in "A Simple Plan." Bought it after seeing it at the Theater. Paxton has been a favorite since Weird Science and of course Aliens.
"Good news is there's hope for you private, hope in the form of glorious combat". So it was the thought of seeing TC in all his glory fighting the hell outta himself that got him so gleaming saying this line... ;)
This video sums up, for me, one idea; from the the drought that is North East Texas - if you've an artists' soul - you too can do something wonderful. Bill Paxton, Peter Weller, Matthew McConaughey, Patrick Dempsey, Tom Huckabee, The Wilson bros. (Owen and Luke), Selena Gomez, Jennifer Love Hewitt, ect ect. even though they came from an area that prizes engineering, science, and business degrees; they achieved something transcendent. I went the other way, but there's not a day that goes by that I didn't wish that I had I risked everything to do what they did.
