Bill Pope was my assistant camera on my feature film in 1980, I fired the D.P. in the middle of the shoot, who was poison to the crew, and made Bill the D.P. I have never regretted that choice. Bill has gone on to great success and became a member of ASC. Thanks Bill for stepping in and help make my film a success. Maybe we will work together again some day!
