How do you never rerubber on site? I travel all over and couldn’t possibly keep bringing cushions back to the workshop! Who rebates their blocks? Great job, but you must have all the time in the World lol
Awesome video. Thanks for the information. Been refurbishing a table here in South Africa, and all advice is greatly appreciated. If possible a close up of cutting and shaping the rubbers would be brilliant. Many many thanks.
I thought you might be a ggod person to ask. Is the Rubber :british premium plastic edge any good Xingpai Star Tournament 12FT British snooker table High-end configuration Table XW106?
In all the years I remodelled or made new cushions, I never needed a crowbar, a planer and found it easier to use rebated blocks rather than a router against the capping of the cushion, wow!
@@simonherbert9130 if the blocks are nailed on, a saw cut on either side of the nail, the chisel out the wood, use a claw hammer to remove the nail, remove the block with a table saw, but leave some wood on the cushion body, then plane the remainder by hand, checking for flat and twists. Do not forget to measure the bolt hole centre for the new blocks.
