I have NEVER seen anybody throw an fifteen-yard Out pattern with more velocity in my entire life.

Tolliver's completion percentage with the Chiefs is a 100%. He bounced around but my favorite spot of his was when he played with Billy Joe Hobert on the Saints. Just cracked me up. Two quarterbacks named Billy Joe

Even funnier was both the announcers would always refer to them as: "Billy Joe", without further distinction.

Say what you want about BJ but he could definitely sling it! The only man on Tecmo Super Bowl to match Marino's throwing power! The missles he's launching in this video shows why!👀

Billy Joe Tolliver. A god amongst men. The holy grail of highlight packages. Completion percentage? Who needs it? Just through long and tell your guys “You better catch this goddamn thing!”

He broke records at Texas tech, when the chargers drafted him he was known as strong arm throwing long bombs but eventually the long bombs got him in trouble and it didn't work for him anymore, my guess is other teams knew he would throw long bombs so they would cover the receiver better and steal the ball

Fun fact his family's last name roots back to settlers named the taliaferro, his side of the family changed their version of the name to make sense I guess, but also ladainan Tomlinson's family tree roots back to them as well long time ago, and believe it or not my family is taliaferro and we still have the same name, they were farmer who came to the states and owned slaves just to teach academics and trade then let them be free when they were ready. Many stayed with them because they took care of them untill the abolishment Also the first black American drafted in the NFL was a taliaferro There's a lot more history to the name that dates back exactly to Julius ceaser but that's a story for another time

Who bothered to make a Tolliver montage? It’s like showing Kevin Fagan’s run defense.

Tolliver with harmon , butts , miller , more than good ofensive line , excellent kicker and a very very talented defense : he was a less than mediocre qb , also the coach 6/10 , 6/10 and i think 4/12 mr henning , ha ha and that passive cheapo owner , just looking how the team , was falling apart
