Very well done Billy , I was glad when you commented on the amount of air pressure you used. Many years ago I was the manager of a Dyno test facility. One night a tech was trying to get some oil out of a 55 gallon tank. For some reason he decided to use air pressure. The tank split and there was a mess all over the place. Thankfully no one was injured , just a lot of bruised ego's.

Billy that is a bonding cable to prevent static discharge from the gas flowing through the hose, but that was an awesome piece of information on paintless dent removal. Thank you!

I've got a single U-18 on 2K in a 4ft3 vented (L-port) box and could not be happier with my choice. I'm a SQ kinda guy that likes to drop some beat once in a while. Old beater Hyundai Elantra hatchback is where it lives.

Nicely done. I have a buddy who tried to get a dent out of a Sportster tank using that method. Safe to say he over did the pressure a bit and the tank wound up looking like an elongated melon. He didn't think it was anywhere near as funny as I did. Oh well.

I love this content. I would love to see even more in depth videos like this getting into all aspects of working on V-twin bikes & choppers. I currently have my 1st real chopper in the shop for a "sumpimg when the engine gets shut off" issue & was almost gonna change out the oil pump myself, but not quite trusting myself. But theres possible crankcase breather issues that are above my pay grade lol. I'm betting Billy could put out a video about that very issue.

Gots me a U-18v1 in a 4 cube (net) L-port box, 35hz tuning. Powering it with 1,500rms out of a Stinger MT2000 @ 2ohms and it gets violent when I crank it. Pretty even across the bandwidth (30-80hz) and sounds awesome in my hatchback (beater Hyundai). happy boy

great presentation and success , i did it years ago but deformed the tank all over the place , too much pressure i assumed , i aired it from the filler with a jerry rigged cap maybe that was my problem , thanks for sharing your tips and skills

Hi Billy, I'm thinking on purchase a Harley .. up until 1973 model. In my country 50year old or older vehicles doesn't pay any taxes so... any suggestion on models? I'm not Jay Leno as I manage a very low budget, but I'm all hands on duty. Could be a shovelhead or...maybe just buy a paughco frame , engine transmision and build a chopper. Budget 10.000 us$
