Jethro looking in the screen and realizing his hair was screwed up was priceless. The belt left a mark 1/3 from the Top useable spot on the front pulley shows it's TOO Big.Plus it's pretty obvious as there should never be a Loop extra. Glad it's running well. Paint lines inside the van shell so John can park closer to the right side .?.

The belt for the CVT is too long. Probably all sorts of modifications you can do to that carry all. That flat bed would probably be pretty useful around the property.
You need to change out the gearing in the rear end to a high speed gear. Aftermarket motor runs backwards to how clubcar built their motors!! Your actually running forward in reverse and reverse in forward. With changing the gearing in it it’ll make forward(now reverse) faster! I have a club car bobcat carryall with a 440 duromax and had to do the same thing!! Really think yall should do a follow up of that and show the process of doing so. Wish I had help doing that on mine but had to figure this process out myself bcuz no one has videos of them fixing this!!
