In this video we will learn how you can File a Complaint Against Complaint against MAX NIVA BUPA HEALTH INSURANCE company with Insurance Ombudsman or Lokpal of your respective Indian state?
You can file a complaint against your health insurance provider under following circumstances:
1. You are facing issues regarding the processing of proposal of your policy, issue of policy document or cancellation of your policy.
2. Issues regarding NCB - Non claim bonus.
3. Refund related issues.
4. Issue regarding premium payable or paid - This may include loading charges on health insurance policy as well.
5. Delay in claim settlement.
6. Your health insurance claim has been rejected partially or completely.
7. Dispute regarding terms and conditions of a health insurance policy.
You need to first Approach the Grievance Redressal Cell of your health insurance company with your issue and give your complaint in writing along with necessary supporting documents. If possible, take a written acknowledgement of your complaint with date.
If your issue is not resolved within few days/weeks or if you are not happy with the resolution provided by the company, then you can approach Insurance Ombudsman aka Bima Lokpal
