Hello . I dont know if i understood your question, but... the good anti reflective (AR ) coating is made in factory, using many steam layers. Is very complex to make new coating on old lens/prisms. I dont know in your country, but in Brazil, is almost impossible to find a place that do it. And, if you find, the cost is high with low quality.
If you cleaned your binoculars and think they are with a poor image, you can try to buy lens and prisms from China. In Aliexpress you can find many good prisms and lenses, with a good coating. I replaced some lenses with China lenses and i got better image than originals lenses.
