Hi, what amount is said to be micro? I found myself just get no any effect whatever amount I try. Even went to an expert shaman, lived at his residency and collected amonitas in the woods around. Prepared and so on. There were many visitors amazed with fantastic trips, they told fantastic experiences they've had. I've seen them falling and shaking for long hours after a large spoon of dryed powder mixture drink. And I could drink a bucket of it and watch them with sorrow loosing my hope. Even the master said that I am some kind of anomaly and they all getting afraid of me and asked to leave.
Hello! I want to thank you for blessing me with your videos. They've been almost exclusively, the only thing I sleep to for months as I live near a state highway that is really noisy and your music drowns out the randomly passing cars. But I have noticed that for maybe about the last 10-14 nights in a row, every single video has used Theta waves. I know it's not all about me, but the pure Delta waves seem to work best. Any chance we might get more of those soon?

@@3AMRelaxation Impossible to sleep with earphones! I use a BiPap machine, plus toss and turn a lot (lifelong) and have reflux. The sounds are soothing and restful even without earphones.
