A great way to help focus an easily distracted mind, this mix of brown noise with pure ambient binaural tones can help you get in the study or focus zone.
As someone who was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, I know how useful noises can be to block sound, but also to help you get focussed can be. This combination I've found to be very useful for getting dialled in when I need to buckle down.
This is my first brown noise video where I've mixed just pure binaural tones (vs. ambient music). As with all binaural tones, this one requires headphones to work properly, although it could be enjoyed without as it is a nice brown noise.
Do note that the tones you are hearing is for 40Hz and this is NOT a sleep wave. This is very much for AWAKE states-specifically GAMMA waves are the ones you experience when you are alert and focussed. So best you do not try and sleep to this video!
Gamma waves are the ones associated with being awake and alert. It's the state of mind when you're firing on all cylinders! So this a perfect noise for someone who is looking to study or focus.

This is a first for me - just pure tones and brown noise. Remember though, these are higher frequency (40 Hz), so it’s helps your brain get stimulated and focused. Just like it’s wide awake and in the zone. I tried to make the tones a bit louder than other versions I’ve found so it is noticeable but just barely. Adds a mechanical layer to the noise, kind of like a fan or air conditioner. It’s very nice! Hope you enjoy!

Thank you so much dear. I’ve just been diagnosed with adhd and I tried several videos, but nothing really worked before. This one it’s like a massage on my neurons from the beginning and my mind is clear and I feel relaxed and content in a very long time. I just wished I could download it too easily listen without internet. Or is it on Spotify too? I couldn’t find. I can’t thank you enough 🙏❤️

Ive never listened to just brown noise before, so i cannot make a comparison, but this was my reaction. I have ADHD & ASD. I was feeling very scattered and drained from overstimulation and emotional fatigue as well as feeling very discouraged by my lack of productivity today. The second I pushed play (headphones on) I instantly smiled. I REALLY wasn't expecting that! It literally feels like a brain massage. I feel like I'm riding in a car with my head leaning against the window, like I used to do on long trips when I was a kid. I wonder if this is similar to what normal feels like because its cancelling out all the extra garbage in my head. This is great! Wow! Thanks! 😊

Wow, what a nice comment to read. As someone who also has ADHD, I know the emotional fatigue that comes from overstimulation very well. So I’m so happy this noise is working to quiet your mind. I think with binaural beats, when you find a frequency that works well, it can be such an invaluable tool, especially for someone with ADHD. And thanks so much for the kind comment too!

@@OttosHealingSoundsGood observation. I have ADHD and brown noise reminds me of plane trips from NY down to Florida to visit grandparents and Disney World. I think the reason brown noise often makes people think of childhood and a safe environment might be because the noise on plane flights which is a form of brown noise was frequently experienced by people when taking vacations with parents. The brown noise we hear today bring us back to those safe family vacations that were often bookmarked by flights to and from the vacation. AC units at home as kids with parents nearby could also recall childhood safe feelings. Makes sense if you think about it.

I don't usually leave comments but I want to say something to the owner of this video. I struggled with anxiety and depression since my high school years (it's been 10 years of that) making me difficult to have my Highschool certification (I'm Spanish). The past Saturday I passed the exams for adults and I have to give big thanks to specifically this video and the owner. It helped me to ground myself and have one of the best focus I even had in life. So I really, really wanted to say thank you. It's already in my favourite list. Thank you, Otto. 🌷

OMG i have listened to so many different brown noise and/or Isochronic tone videos for focus and for sleep but ive never found one that works for me. Its either too high pitched or not smooth enough or theres a certain rhythm to it that just distracts me. This video literally scratches my brain in the best way possible. Its smooth, soothing, deep and gets me so focused and in the zone. Ive got sooo many essays to do and having ADHD is a struggle since every little thing distracts me especially background noise. This video has helped quiet down my racing thoughts and block out any background noise. THANKYOU !!! Keep doing what you are doing and i hope everyone has a lovely day and just remember that you are so powerful and so capable of achieving your dreams. Having ADHD is a nightmare coming from experience so the fact that you are actively seeking ways to manage and/or control the symptoms is a good step in the right direction. You are doing so good and im so proud of you and you should be too. You can totally do this:))

To everyone who's studying with this music: Checklist: • A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate • Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time • Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone • a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well. • Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need. •Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy Reminder:After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me. You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book. I hope y'all had a good day, if not, that's okay too. Remember to take care of yourself and try to get some sleep tonight

hello, im just here to thank you for this amazing audio. i never thought I had adhd bc i never got informed about it and i thought having adhd was having bad grades and being a messy child. my friends always tell me i act like a little child. or that i hardly pay attention to what they say, that im clumsy and i always lose things. i thought it was just being distracted but... no. im like this since I was a little child, and teachers labeled me as a talkative and a "she can't stay in her place" child. i was scared of doing research about this disorder, and then i found out i have adhd. now im here studying for my history test, and feel like i have no brain anymore, or idk how to explain it; it just feels like something ive never felt. oh thanks kind man for posting this:)

While there are plenty of ADHD relief/focus videos on RU-vid (which are great and I'm thankful for), the simplicity of this is fantastic. The smooth, consistent sound keeps everything even in my mind instead of my brain having to process notes shifting, which throws my focus off a bit.

If it’s working for you, that’s great. The only mention I mentioned it is it has binaural beats at the gamma wave frequency, which can help some people focus but without headphones you won’t get that effect. That said, every brain is different so if it’s helping you sleep, then I’m happy to hear it!

@OttosHealingSounds
@OttosHealingSounds 15 дней назад

I’m so happy to hear that! What a great thing to find for your brain. Unfortunately I don’t have this audio on any other platforms right now. If you have RU-vid premium, I believe you can download it. Or alternatively I think there are free programs you could use to download just the audio. There is one called 4K video downloaded which might work. I believe it’s free but might just be for Mac.

🙏 an amazing post, thank you. I wonder what the effects could or would be if these frequencies were used in a PEMF unit/system, which works with coils instead of headphones or loudspeakers …
@OttosHealingSounds
@OttosHealingSounds 7 месяцев назад
You are very welcome and thanks for the kind comment. I’m curious now too. I’ve never heard of a PEMF unit but after looking into it, it definitely looks like an interesting device. If you try it, let me know how it goes
@jackraves7363
@jackraves7363 7 месяцев назад
🙏 I have been following mr Bryant Meyers (a lot in RU-vid) who scientifically explains that only square and sawtooth shapes will make PEMF work (magnetic energy) Which means that music or sine tone do not have THAT effect. I like to think that music (and noise in whatever color) will absolutely effect our mind and bodies. The effects will be different for each and everyone, because we ARE different anyway!
@OttosHealingSounds
@OttosHealingSounds 7 месяцев назад
Very true. Different sounds just seem to click for people’s minds, which I find to be very interesting. I will check out that RU-vid channel - it sounds up my alley for sure.

Thanks for this, I've seen that this is helping a lot of people and i'it's great. I have dyslexia y several problems to focus, But I felt a lot of anxiety In the first seven minutes. Do you know what would be the reason for this ? Thanks a lot again
@OttosHealingSounds
@OttosHealingSounds 2 месяца назад
You’re so welcome. Everyone is so unique it’s hard to say for sure why you’re experiencing that, but assuming you’re listening in headphones you could be more sensitive to the binaural effect and it might be your brainwaves adjusting to the gamma waves. Or perhaps sound sensitivity to this particular frequency. The gamma waves are also “neurologically stimulating” so that might be interpreted as anxiety initially while you adjust. Hard to be sure, but I hope that after those seven minutes you’re finding it useful! Thanks for the kind comment.
