I’m really intrigued by the weapons and crafting them. If you have that many combinations, this game will be very different and have a lot to replay for.
he actually did highlight over ethereal horse so we know what that does... it allows you to throw your guns at the enemy after you use up all your ammo for further ranged damage

I own that movie on vhs still. I loved that movie when it came out. I loved the sticks. I always grew up loving to play as a kid trying to be a ninja with a spinning staff. If my memory is right they did pretty alright job with the staff fighting and for a odd job side project style movie. Man no one ever brings up this movie, it's great to see because I was thinking about it too with all the melee and character style and movement. I'm pretty excited for this creative looking game!
You didn't really miss much. Watching his play was horrible. He sucks. And does everything wrong. He picked a melee character yet spec all into agility. And he was using the same weapons for so long so he was doing like no dmg. But I can't wait to use the merc class still unsure my class and race but possibly the dum race(2nd one for increase melee) and go for a split into str and agility.

The dark and light conscience things really remind me of the Good and evil Conscience from lionheads other game Black & White especially with them talking. That gets my hyped lol.
I pre-ordered so I could get the mercenary class and after watching the developers explain what is possible I'm going to play dark side on my first run through
The fact that they are being so open about the game is a really great sign. I do like how they still seem to be keeping a lot of info close to the chest. I hate when games show off everything in the trailers and previews. Gotta leave something for us to discover on our own.
I'm going gray and being a mix to get access to all kinds if abilities if possible I love the idea that I'll have to think instead of having a specialized build and being good at one thing I'll get to use everything come on biomutant don't let me down like 2077

Hahaha my tweet was featured (about betraying the tribe). Awesome to see we can do that. The Jagni tribe has awesome armour and weapon, but they're a bit too evil for the first playthrough. Glad I can get their stuff and betray them 😈

@@rumuelnathanael8043 People don’t really care, people will keep pre-ordering regardless of how bad of a practice it is. Either way if the game ends up being terrible, you can get a refund these days anyways, so who the hell cares.
This sounds a lot like the Good/Evil choices in inFamous and Fable. Makes me wonder how quickly you can switch between them if at all. in inFamous, doing a balance, for example, cripples you because it keeps you from the more powerful skills down the light or dark tree.
One thing that interests me when it comes to aura is that in the screen shot showing the light and dark choices, there was a 2 under 'dark' and a 0 under 'light, seeming to suggest that accumulating points for one does not subtract points from the other. If this is the case, that would be really useful for playing PSI builds as being a bit prone to both dark and light actions may not necessarily trap you in terms of options for what abilities you can take, which if that's the case, makes me wonder if we can acquire most, or even all, PSI abilities as an amoral character.
I so love this idea of light & dark! I am going to play a Light Mage type 1st playthrough then a Dark Stealthy Thief/Assassin type on the next playthrough! Looking forward to the unique crafting system! I'd love to know if there is some type of housing building system where we can keep all of our Loots!
Ok, I normally play the light sides in games. Well, the dark side in this really looks cool. I really think that I will create a darker character and see how the game progresses.

I usually play a game if given the option, as "good" as possible.. but with this game I may go in as evil as possible.. esp in a clan that is all about good. Game looks so good. Can't wait.
Being good shouldnt mess with Jagni alliance cause being good doesnt mean your weak. So imagine being a good character and aligning with a evil willed army lol

PCF Dev's need to take notes from this game big time! Loadouts, Hello! Plus so much more. Once again I got 2 of my buds to buy a game (Outrides) that seemed it had so much going for it. I really thought the Dev's were going to be amazing handling the game. I also talked my buds into Anthem pre order. I'll never be able to talk em into another game for a while. 😥
Being dark does not lock you out of light abilities at all. You can get points for both. I have over 60 points of each side. Just make sure to keep one higher than the other that you want the game to recognize you as.
On the one hand, I found out this won't be multiplayer/coop, which is a shame. However, I'm incredibly interested in how it will fare as a single player semi-open world RPG, especially since Outriders tried this and didn't really do so well. Biomutant looks to be way deeper already, and could end up tapping into a similar market.
No one said anything about Charisma and how that affects the dialogue for instance if you were dark and you had hi Charisma with that then give you access to certain dialogues that you wouldn't normally have unless you were on the light side
Charisma gives you more dialogue options, and the ability to persuade enemies of your tribe not to fight. Could be used in a diplomatic type run, like trying to get all the tribes to work together.
The style and presentation of this game feels so different. It makes me super excited but at the same time I've been burnt so much with recent games I'm holding back on getting to excited. Here's hoping for thr best
How much does the physical appearance exchange with evil side choices? I’d love to have fable tier changes and such but the d be okay with ME2 changes at the least.
The games a whole lotta fun. I won't lie kinds reminds me of a more whacky ghost of tushima or whatever. Been playing most of the day. Really reminds me of that PS2 game with the lab monkeys with the red Button looking hats.feels really refreshing and fun
As someone who has played allot of this game now aura has very little to do in the game. You gain both light and dark aura very easily and can balance it out no problem I wouldn't sweat it.
Highly doubtful that certain skills are locked behind good or evil choices. The developers specifically said they don’t want to limit your character building
Not my idea but some other guy said it It shows the points of dark and light in the menu so maybe you can do good stuff without it taking a point away from the bad stuff you do
I'm playing the game and it's fun so far but I'm having 2 real annoying issues. One of the problems I'm having is that when I die I have to wait a full 1 1/2 minutes till I get to start from where I left off. The other is the dialog has some sort bug which every time you start talking to anyone you get a pause/delay and it gives an annoying click sound on my headphones every of the characters your speaking to. This goes on for everything that they say, it's so annoying that If I could avoid talking to any of the characters I would (that's impossible).

I just finished a MASSIVELY evil playthrough. Killed all the pilgrims and was a douche through my first playthrough... Pisses me off that I did that and have to do it again...
How many psi powers can you access per playthrough though? Looks like 4 if you play light, 4 dark; does that seem to be the case or is there any other info?
