I take it strait up 2 times a day on a table spoon with 2 drops oregano oil, 3 drops lemon oil and fill the rest of the spoon with honey.no allergies and havnt been sick in over 6 years.3 tablespoons of seamoss daily also.

Definitely the best black seed oil on the market. I've been on black seed oil since October of 2019 yet made the switch to BIONATAL in January of 2020. I've been a chronic asthmatic for over 30 years and nigella sativa has been a godsend in my life. Haven't been to one hospital with any asthma attacks in close to a year which is a rarity for me my whole life. I know people see the price of BIONATAL and kind of shy away from it. Yet if you look at other brands that are not as potent they recommend 2 teaspoons a day when only 1 teaspoon a day of BIONATAL is more than enough for me. If we tend to splurge on certain things in life that we don't really need this definitely should be top priority number one in splurging a bit with all the benefits. I even ordered their new JOJOBA OIL that should be arriving in a couple of days to me soon that I ordered for my beard and skin. 😁

For anyone worried about the tastw...put your dosage under your tongue..and then take with water or juice. If Im teying to sustain my fast, I do water...other timea I will do tart cherry juice...but putting it under the tongue is key! No tastebuds under the tongue!

I just got a bottle of this today. This stuff is SUPER POTENT. I don"t recommend taking it staight. I did and it was intence. This stuff is an example of "you get what you pay for".

My experience as well. It is super-potent. I find that I can really only take .5 to 1 teaspoon per day. And that is breaking up the dose into .25 - .5 teaspoon in the morning, and again in the evening.

I was looking for Bionatal. I had heard a review on it during 2020 when I was using another product, which over the beginning of covid period I began using a product and it took 7 days to get to me overseas and there just was a stop on it. They had 3 strengths and the strongest was ok but I directed someone to it and she said it didn't help her. After a while I felt that either it was in my system and I became immune to it, it just wasn't giving me the same reaction as it was at the beginning it had slowed down. I said I was going to after, going to the different health stores and reading the labels, and listening to the review that was done that I saw, he even said it was the better one, I said I think I will do the investment. So I will be doing that this week. Good review.

@@thorsaquatics6310 I actually am the only person in the world with out teaspoon/tablespoons measuring things. So first thing in the morning I pour it into my mouth trying to estimate a tablespoon. My allergies are different degrees of pain , each year, they were so bad this year I'd take 2-3 antihistamines, 2-3 times a day. I couldn't work with out the antihistamines. 4th or 5th day I realized I hadn't taken my antihistamines since day 1 and only took them before work. This is a gift from God. I wasn't even aware that the oil covered allergies. I had dry skin for ever and with my allergies problems nothing helped. Black seed oil worked overnight. Its amazing and I've heard it cleans your blood too, plus many different benefits. I can testify and I'm a Christian above all else so I wouldn't lie. My allergies are dry skin which were lifetime issues, they are totally gone. I used brand from Turkey. I've only on my second bottle. It doesn't taste great but do my man its a gift form God. Just make sure you listen to Mrs. Teet , that's how I got started. It was 30$, and a small American company, well maybe medium sized. Good luck and I'll pray it heals you like it did me. You shouldn't "sell" a product without giving a personal testimony on how the product actually works for you. I recommend using the product yourself for a few weeks then let people know how the product effected your health. I been watching videos on this and very few people actually give a personal testimony on what that particular seed oil did for them.

@@SS-zl3ox it took about 4-6 weeks to see true results if you need improvement. From my understanding if you are healthy you won’t see an improvement but will maintain, as for myself and severe allergies it did help. I only take 1 tsp daily and I think that’s enough for me. I’ve read they advise to take 1-2 tsp daily.. Hope this helps :)

If you take a beta blocker,diuretic or a calcium channel blocker you should be very careful taking black seed oil! Always consult your doctor if you are on any kind of blood pressure lowering drug!

After doing my research, I decided to purchased Bionatal black seed oil about 9 months ago. I'm not sure if the potency was too strong for my blood type because I didn't notice a difference at all. I used the product twice a day for about 6 months and still nothing. Besides the fact that it makes me nauseous. My sleep pattern and energy is the same. It is too strong to blend in a smoothie or add into food. My mom uses another brand of black seed oil and has seen a tremendous change in her body. What kind of issues do you have to have in order for this product to work. Do you have any recommendations as to how to get results using bionatal?

Black seed oil is great for an anti-inflammatory. THE amazing herbs brand I used for nasal polyps that formed during allergy season. Austin has some of the worst allergies in the USA. Two times I took black seed oil for nasal polyps and both times in 2 days they subsided. The TQ level is only up to 2%. I'm stoked to try my new Bionatal Bso. I take a teaspoon and chase it with a drink 2x a day.
