I first heard of black seed oil about a year ago. I did tons of research and heard numerous of testimonies of how this oil has helped so many people.
I became curious enough to buy some.
I bought the black seed oil but didn't touch it for months. I keep seeing more and more people seeing the benefits of the oil so I gave some a try.
I started using it on my skin 1st to see if would get rid of or lighten my eczema marks... and IT DID! Then Chris started using the black seed oil on his razor bumps and they... disappeared. We were totally amazed at what the black seed oil was doing for us.

I slowly worked up to two tsps a day. The first time I took it my sinuses cleared out and breathing much better. I am sleeping so much better and yes dreaming. I had a UTI that I was treating with vitamin c d and zinc I had it for two months. Then I learnt about BSO so I took 1 tsp morning and 1 teaspoon night. Gone in 1 day and I’m taking this oil daily now for two weeks. I love it. I also gave it to my 45yr old daughter who was drinking too much alcohol and I prayed God tell her it’s not good for her health. She woke up one day with terrible pain in Her back lung area. She thought it was a muscle issue. So we rubbed muscle gel onto it. Still no relief after few days. I said this is like you must have fluid on your lung. She stopped drinking and I also gave her BSO and her lung problem got better and she stopped coughing up phlegm and is now 8 days sober and I’m juicing fresh celery carrot beet apple ginger and making smoothies for her and she is taking 1 teaspoon of BSO in the morning and 1 teaspoon at night. This oil is a miracle❤

Okay, maybe I'm weird but I take it straight and actually don't mind the taste!! I am very petite so take 1/2 tsp in morning and 1/2 tsp before bed. Have only been taking it for 3 wks and already blood pressure has improved as well as arthritis in my fingers. Loving this!

I’m taking a gel capsule and it helps my digestion. I had a colon resection in 12 and have suffered from constipation. One night with the capsule and the next morning I was good to go. I’m 71 and need to build up my body. My son swears by it and is in excellent health.

Been taking it for a week now. It tastes like cologne! I take a shot of OJ, blackseed down, then more OJ and try not to smell it. It has helped with chronic constipation so far which is a miracle because even otc laxatives don’t work well for me. If I can skin as beautiful as yours I’ll keep taking it. I bought a bottle for the women in my life for Christmas!

True , on its own it doesn’t taste good, but when it is mixed with some ingredients, it becomes actually quite tasty. In my homeland Palestine , a spread is made of finely ground black seed mixed with honey and tahini to be served on toasted bread as breakfast food, we also have a unique cake like sweet that has black seed paste in it .

Well I can totally agree that black seed oil is an amazing natural supplement that has made a huge impact in my life. I was having asthma attacks on a regular bases almost weekly in 2018. I was being continually pumped full of steroids from injections to prednisone, inhalers and nebulizer medications. Then I was introduced to black seed oil and I haven’t had asthma attacks like that in over 2 years. I failed to take my oil for about a month in 2022 and immediately had two attacks in one month. I’ve returned to taking my oil and I haven’t had an attack since. God created things in the earth I believe for our good and healing and black seed oil has definitely been a blessing to me and my breathing. I have been told things about my skin looking different but what is amazing to me is that I can breath freely without the struggle of having multiple attacks. Praise God. Just thought I’d share. Nothing to do with being muslim. Ancient Egyptians knew about it thousands of years ago. Mohamed only repeated things he heard people talk about. Same with the stories from the Old n New Testament, except he often mixed things up and changed them. One of them is Miryam, Jesus' mother, is actually Miryam, Moses' sister. But he didn't know that there were 1.400 years between them.

Lol, I can vouch for the sleeping/dreaming aspect of taking black seed oil. I have experienced "major depression" for quite sometime. I have since taken myself off of 2 prescription medications. One was to help me sleep. I haven't told my doctor that I've taken myself off of these medications and I don't plan to. After 3 weeks of taking black seed oil, I go into REM sleep. I have now had 2 weeks of very peaceful restful sleep, and not at all depressed during the day. Because I'm so happy to have taken myself off of these medications, I plan to continue this journey to see where else it takes me. 😄

Started taking BSO about two years ago. First in liquid form but then I switched to the pills. Like yourself, I have horrible allergies and I used to burn through bottles of Zyrtec. Now I'm good. No more congestion or sinus infections, and I haven't gotten sick since I started taking it. I wish I'd have known about it sooner.

I like to drink mine on an empty stomach with my olive oil and lemon/lime juice, it helps not taste so so bad. Really refreshing. I heard it helps kill the pylori bacteria. I've only been drinking it for 4 days and I do feel more energetic and yes my dreams have been so crazy which I haven't had in a very long time😅

I been using the same brand I recommended it to my dad he said he sleeps better told him to apply it on his scalp for his hair follicles. Do you apply the oil on your face? I have been taking it as well and I feel this energy I haven’t had in awhile trying to change my diet and remove dark meats and replace meat with fish eating more fruits and vegetables I feel a lot better I still have some lower back pain hopefully it will reduce the pain? Do you suggest I apply it orally on my lower back?

You should do a stool test for hpylori. It might be the cause. I went through years of stomach problem until it was discovered i had the hpylori bacteria. Mine was discovered by testing the stomsch lining.

@kahon Morse I’ve been tested for that as well. I’ve gotten every test under the sun. The pain is unexplainable. Can’t stand for more than 30 mins. It causes bloating and when it’s not feeling like a thousand needles poking me... it itches terribly. I swear sometimes it’s witchcraft 😩

Heritage Store organic Black seed oil which I take internally, and I use it as a lotion to moisturize my skin. Rub on your face & skin daily to fade spots and to brighten. I had a boil on my inner thigh a few months ago; I noticed it wasn't as painful as they usually are. Before it had the chance to grow lager it began to shrink, then it disappeared completely in a month.

Finally someone is talking about Black Seed Oil. I have been taking it since COVID started in March. It helps boots my immune system and especially respiratory issues. Like you said, the taste is not desirable. I take a teaspoon every morning with food (do not take on an empty stomach). I would recommend it as part of your daily vitamin regimen.

Teaspoon of black seed oil in a glass of water with cinnamon and swig it down! Excellent. Great for bald spots in your scalp. Mix with coconut oil or castor oil or both. I’ve been using it since 2015. I go on and off. Yasss it makes you PRETTY!!! Ok queens. See my glow. That’s black seed oil.

I’ve been taking Blackseed oil for over four years and I no longer have allergies and my menstrual cramps aren’t as bad. I also incorporate Yoni steaming as well! I take Blackseed oil in capsule form and I also have the actual Blackseeds and I add them to my herbal teas and sometimes when I make certain dishes I add a little of the actual oil to them.

Thank you for testimony. I started taking Black Seed oil last year and I must say it has been a tremendous help to me. Two things that I notice from taking black seed oil at night is that I sleep like a baby. The other thing that I notice is I am not stiff when I wake up in the morning. My ancestors used black seeds in alot of foods as part of their daily diet, it was added to olive oil, goat cheese, grape molasses, and honey, It is a holy seed in Islam, my elders used to say "it's considered a miraculous seed that heals disease and gives youth" ... I would suggest experimenting with the oil, and adding black seeds in foods ands salads ... Of course in moderate portions

I had COVID I started taking this on the advice of my daughter and step mom. It immediately started expelling the Mucos. I was blessed not to have a severe case and was toward the end of my infection. The mucos I thought was gone was immediately expelled. I was shocked, but sold. Yes the taste😣 yuck!!! To me it tastes like roach spray smells. You just have to chug it down. My daughter bought it for insomnia and it worked for her. My step mom took it for diabetes. I have diabetes, I noticed a big drop in blood sugar after taking it. I've only been taking it for 2 weeks so the jury is still out on the diabetes benefits. Let's just say it looks promising.

🌾I Confirm what Melissa has said! 3 years ago, I ran 100m, 200m & 4x100m races in a Track & Field Meet.🏃‍♀️ I could barely walk afterwards... Ached l Over & had pain in my (L) Leg. Next morning I literally ROLLED Out of bed...could not walk straight or sit up...due to the Generlized Body aches & pain, esp my (L)Leg. I Filled a Bath Tub with water & poured in some Epsom salt. Jazzy S...may I ask what type of inflammation you use black seed oil for...I have non differential connective tissue disease which causes joint pain, pain and inflammation in my eyes, my mouth, I have Oral Lichen Planus which causes very much pain in my mouth, inflammatory bowel disease( unknown if it's Ulcerative colitis or Chrons), arthritis, fibromyalgia, back and neck pain, sciatica, which never stops hurting. The problem is since the doc has no definitive diagnosis as to which Connective disease (Lupus, RA,etc) he can't treat my illness, only the symptoms and because I have IBD I cannot tolerate prescription anti-inflammatories. So in your opinion, would using BSO be beneficial and how do you use it? Thank you so much and sorry for the long post! 🙄

I take 1 tablespoon of BSeed OIL mixed with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and a pinch of saffron. The remaing oil From the tablespoon I rub off and rub on my face. Main benefit is diabetes reading fasting have been at 97 and I'm no longer taking my medication. I still take insulin but I am starting to lower dose. I was taking 60 units now I'm at 50 units with only 3 weeks taking. I am still taking 1 time weekly injection but overall I feel so well. The saffron is helping with depression and anxiety.

When I apply BSO on my newly sprung facial moles or brown splotches, I can rub them off after a few applications. A specialist told me that she could surgically remove the mole and the splotch, but that they would recur. I do have to re-apply the oil to the splotches though. Vapor- rub does the same job. Thanks for the input, especially for earaches.

I wouldn't run my household without BSO. Now the taste is wicked, so I've found the gel capsules much easier to take, but I use the actual oil for my skin, especially the dark spots left from eczema breakouts. The stuff is good for EVERYTHING! You spoke about your eczema, and your breakouts are n the winter..mine are n the summer..the heat triggers mine. I think most oils are good for skincare, but the BSO is essential. It has lowered my BP, but I will not under any circumstances stop my medication..not until I drop my weight since weight can play a big part of having BP issues. My doctor says keep on taking the BSO if it's keeping it down. Be careful though..you don't want it to drop to low. I bought a BP monitor so I can keep a watch on my pressure. But I agree, the stuff is liquid gold. 😉✌🏾

I have to reinforce what we all know. One product can affect folks in different ways. I started taking this last year for about 2 and 1/2 weeks hoping it would help with my arthritis. I felt no real difference but felt it would take about a month to see a real difference. It is a good thing I had my yearly physical after taking the oil because when I was reviewing my test results online; my liver enzyme range was off the chain. I got nervous and e-mailed my PCP. She asked was I taking some new herbs or supplements. I replied I was taking black seed oil. She replied she was not knowledgeable about the oil but advised me to stop taking it. She reordered that particular test for me to redo in two weeks. My range was back to normal. Had I had my Physical before taking the oil, I would have no idea my liver was being affected. I just used the remaining oil on my hair.
