How To Use Black Seed Oil + Benefits 

Hi Tish I’ve been using black seed for 30 years and I use it in my hair skin and internal. Back in 1989 I was introduced to it by a 78 year old man . I was 14 years old and to this day everyone ask me what’s the secret to staying young and I say black seed oil lol .

Prayer is amazing for tranquility, reading scripture and meditating on it really heals anxiety, depression, fear.

It made my skin healthy, glows and hair very shiny and thick. I eat very healthy as well and drink plenty of alkaline water. I also sleep very well and always get compliments on my glowing skin!!!!

I've just started using black seed oil for at least five days now and I feel fantastic. I started taking it because I've all of a sudden come down with circulation problems. It's working.😀 I mix it with tsp of fat free yoghurt, tsp manukau honey. It taste great, I've also been taking sunflower seeds, goji berries, and grated ginger with boiled water. My memory has improved dramatically. I feel healthier. I also have changed my diet by eating more veggies. If you want to be healthy you need to make a conscience decision eat more veggies and cut out the sugar and process foods which is making the world obese and causing diseases of the human organs. God gave us beautiful fruit and veggies nuts and berries it is endless of what he has given us. I'm in awe of what I'm eating since finding out about black seed oil it has transformed my life. God is good

Trish, instead of putting BSO on my hair, I mix it in with my conditioner and put on heat cap. I think it saves on oil distributes more evenly on hair when mixed with something creamy. Let me know if u try it.

I sleep all the time. My mom say u always sleeping. I say it keeps me young n beautiful 😊

Walk on concrete floors for 8 to 12 hours a day for over 30 years. I have arthritis in my hands, back, knees and ankles. The pain was a 10. Started taking 1 tsp a day before bed have dropped the pain meter down to about a 3 or 4 now. I don't know about the weight loss, diabetes cure, antihistamine properties, sleep help or any other claim. I just know that it has given me my hands back.

Lotion Bars!!! Add the oil to homemade lotion bars they are easy to make with lots of recipes on the internet. I give them to my kids to use at daycare because they are solid at room temp. and portable. (I mold mine in ice cube trays.) I also make some with mint and eucalyptus oil for my hubby to use at work for joint pain. I think adding black seed oil will really help.

Hey Tish, I've made a skin an hair conditioner with 1 beet root 1/4. Cup flax seeds 1/4 Cup blackseeds with 3 1/2 cups water. Warmed up in a pot. Let it cool off 1hour then bottle it . I leave it in the fridge till the next use.
