thank you sooo much for sharing! through your videos, i feel less alone with this kind of stuff, but i´m sorry that you had a panikattack, i now have rarely one, but suffered so much from them, that i couldnt have a day without beeing scared of when the next was gonna hit me. 4-5 times a day was normal, i´m glad thats better now, theres is so much to worry without them
