HI guys.
I'm sorry i have been M.I.A recently. Christmas was hard for me, but i'm back now and eager to start uploading again.
Yet again, this is a chatting video! but the video i recorded after this is a 'day in the life' one and a follow up to this one, so keep your eyes peeled.
I truly believe talking about suicide/depression/eating disorders/anxiety/bipolar/psychosis/schizophrenia AND SO MANY MORE THINGS, is one of the vital steps and key players to help with recovery.
