Great video! I’ve done a lot of research on different mental health disorders out of my own interest (I’m lucky enough not to suffer with any)- I find bipolar very interesting, it must be very difficult to deal with as our moods give us structure to our daily lives.

You should buy some burger patties at the store next time! Making it at home is healthier than going out for it. You could keep extra patties in the freezer so you can make that occasional indulgence without having to stock up often

Don’t ever let anybody dim your light. When they say you’re not giving enough effort, that’s not a fault on your part that’s on them. You need to remember that you are good enough. You’re more than enough. And whoever can’t see that is clearly blind. Don’t ever let people change who you are. Don’t change your habits. Because people come and go but you’re stuck with you forever. So I’m happy to hear this relationship is over cause that’s something that’s not healthy for you. Keep your head up!! You’ll be just fine.
