Bird Scooter to Personal Scooter Tutorial [Part 1] 

First of all: Sorry for bailing out of RU-vid for almost a year (10 months), but the reason is I started my first year at high school. So I was very busy with alot of work. I'm going to try to upload once in a while at least, but no promises..sooo might aswell subscribe to stay tuned eh?
Anyway I've seen a lot of these new Voi/Bird/Tier/Lime electric scooters recently and found alot of defect/broken ones. So my decision was so at least modify one of them and turn them into a personal scooter with a simple control board swap/replacement.

And wanted to try this, here is part 1 of my conversion. Hopefully this won't receive too much hate.
