BIRDBATH VISITORS 

Hi Simon, yes it has pebbles in it from the local garden centre. You want it about two inches deep although a perfect one would be with a slope so each bird could choose the depth it prefers. Mine is next to a window an a bush, just make sure the birds have a view all round if it's low to the ground, mine is about six feet off the ground. Running water would be perfect but they are a bit of a pain, you either have to use solar power or connect to the mains. The birds would love it though! Hope this is of help.

Thank you glad you enjoy them. You might be a bit late for nest boxes ( ideally february or april at latest ) this year although there are some summer visitors that breed here which you might catch. Try Simon kings wildlife channel for tips on nest boxes and where to place them even if it's for next year.
