Random fact. Nore and bird man lived in the same building in Hollywood florida form probably around 2010 until around 2014(around those dates). How do I know this, because I lived in that building too at that time. NORE was the man always showed respect and said hello to everyone. Bird man never said anything, I remember dj Khalid sitting in the lobby waiting to go to the heat game, but he acted really stiff also. Good to see NORE doing great. He deserves it.

But let’s not act like he ain’t making platforms and niggas ain’t getting rich. He definitely making mfs millions. He give mfs contracts (and at there times, the artist really appreciate it) and he honor those contracts. He don’t force artist to sign. The money sounds good to the artist. They forget how good it sound to the IRS also. 40-45% and sometimes more is often known to be taking from million dollar incomes. But the artist still has to honor the contractual obligation (which most artist can’t/unwilling to do) or their music start to sound dated, ultimately resulting in them being shelved. I think when you come to him on your shit, he respect that. If you come to him like a starving artist, he responds like a corporation.

That`s because they all are sueing his ass. That nigga never pays anyone. I`m sure he was advised by Lawyers not to say anything negative about any of them. It could be used in court against him. That record label paid him millions for his artist and he kept most of that money and gave his artist pennies. He is just like Puff Daddy.
