Birkenstock sandals to 'Try Before You Buy' 

Those are knock-offs, dupes, whatever you want to call them....not the actual Birkenstock shoes. There's nothing wrong with getting off-brand if you just want the look and don't plan to wear them longer than one or two summers. However, if you want them to last and to use them in the mid spring, all summer, and in to early fall for a few years, you might as well spend the cash on the real brand. I got my first pair of actual Birkenstock sandals some time between 2000 and 2003, did some DIY fixes on them over the years, and I'm just now needing new soles installed....I'd say they are a solid investment if they last over 20+ years!

Those aren’t Birkenstocks. Try the real ones, you will like them.

​@@lindapindabelinda3570Just because something is a knock off doesn't always mean bad. Sometimes name brand is really better, other times you are just paying for a logo. Truthfully I find cushionaires to be better support. The lower price tag is an added bonus.
