In this video, I’ll be taking you along on how I prepped for my husband’s birthday party. My husband is a social butterfly which made it quite difficult to invite everyone so we kept it to mostly family and neighbors. Let me know in the comments down below how you enjoyed this style of video.

Roasted Eggplant Salad:
Wrap eggplant in foil and roast over open flame until soft. Scoop out the inside and add garlic and salt. Mix until smooth.
Cabbage Salad:
Using a mandolin slicer, slice white cabbage, purple cabbage, carrot, cucumber and purple onion. Add cilantro, s/p, sugar, oil and vinegar.
Guacamole Salad:
Avocado
Cherry tomatoes
Cilantro
Garlic
Lemon juice
S/p
Pickled Cucumber salad:
With a mandolin slicer, slice cucumbers and red onion. Add S/P, sugar, vinegar and oil.
Tomato Cucumber Salad:
With a mandolin slicer, slice tomatoes cucumbers and red onion. Season with S/P, oil and vinegar. Sprinkle in greens.
Pastrami meatza Recipe:
Sauté onions, add pastrami and then some BBQ sauce and let it cook for a bit. Meanwhile, toast the pizza crust in the oven. To assemble, spread some spicy mayo on the crust, then pastrami mixture and drizzle bbq sauce and Caesar dressing. Top with arugula. Serve immediately.
