Ingredients:
600mL heavy cream
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1Tbsp sugar
1/2 jar Lotus Biscoff Spread
3 to 4 packets of Lotus Biscoff Cookies
Directions:
1.Whip heavy cream, vanilla, and sugar into soft peaks.
2. Melt Biscoff spread in microwave, 30 to 45 seconds.
3. Layer biscuits, whip cream, and Biscoff spread multiple times until it reaches the top of the serving dish
4. Refrigerate at least 6 hours to overnight.
5. Enjoy!
