Hard to beat a good clean pils, great with a bit if bar food. Just realised this man, you might be the only reviewer I watch that actually finishes the beer while doing it. Other ones seem to have a sip then give a full review.
I get it at Total Wine here in the US all the time... $11 USD for the four pack big cans. 9/10 for me ...better than an 8. Spectacular stuff. God Bless Bitburger.
Good review again Mate. I once had 10 pints of Bitburger at a Stag Do in Leigh On sea and spent the next morning mainlining paracetomol into my long vein and throwing up into my winston churchill toby jug. So many good pilsners around at the moment ; Spaten, Urquell, Krombacher, Warsteiner, Freedom pilsner, Marks and Spencer home brand czech pilsner and cold Harbour brixton pilsner all worth looking out for. I always remember drinking Holston Pilsner and Lamot Pilsner in the 80's when i had my Terry McCann MK 2 Capri, a 3o inch waist and all my own hair. Magic.
at my local super market In California this is $5.99 for a 4 pack of pints. Budwieser and coors are $7.99 this is so much better, I've been drinking a ton of it all summer
my fave german beer is Veltins, in the Netherlands as far as i am aware we can only get it in a 500ml can. specially nice with some chinese-food. Bitburger for sure is a really decent one !
nice review,i love the stuff, hard to fault in any way,how a pilsner should taste,,i buy mine from adnams brewery shop, they are the sole distributors for this lovely german nectar,,👍👍👍👍👍🍺🍺🍺🍺
One of go too beers and one my fave German pilsners. I always wanted to hear if others can tell the difference between this and radeberger ? I agree with your overall reveiw. Deff a dry finish but not a aftertaste that bugs me.
I doubt it, cause ASDA has never sold Bitburger. Waitrose used to sell it but stopped it about three years ago. You're even overdoing your claim by adding a 500ml bottle for a quid! You must have confused another beer with Bitburger. Guess what - Waitrose used to sell the 330ml bottle or can at £1.24. Adnams imports and distributes Bitburger's beers throughout the UK and no one sells it cheaper than Adnams, which sells it at £1.37.
@@Brad_Evans92 I'm not saying that you're lying, I rather think that you've confused another beer with Bitburger, though I can't figure out how either. My local store is ASDA superstore, which is just a stone's throw from my house, and I've never seen any product of Bitburger's beer there. Neither have I ever seen it on their website. You might be referring to an ASDA in the Republic of Ireland, or Northern Ireland. And a 500ml bottle of Bitburger for a quid, that's a big no no, mate.
Some mates and I while working in Düsseldorf made it our mission one weekend to go on a massive bar crawl to see if we could find a duff German beer. My God we tried hard…….but we failed. 🥳🥳🥳
