Its not a layout ;-; (you wouldnt say level easy is a layout, or nircles) it is finished, it is decorated, and it is NOT A LAYOUT

This isn’t a layout. It still has a tiny amount of decoration. For example, he didn’t just use default block clumps. He made a custom background a little bit. He played around with air deco. He used the alpha trigger. It’s not a layout.
