Come to this video just when I need it. I’m facing lots of pressure looking for academic jobs. The exhaustion came more from overcoming the fear and feeling of incapable than anything else. I need to off load this heavy burden and re-search for my heart and soul in the process .

I think the important thing to understand about procrastination is that everything has its own rhythm and you have to find that for yourself and be patient with yourself. Not everything you do - research, classes, desk job, project - will have the same rhythm!
