If Charla and Lufulu which possesed Charlotte and Luck are siblings does that mean Luck and Charlotte are siblings as well? That would explained why Luck has a lot of mana for a commoner, if Charlotte's father is Luck's Father too. Also, you can see some resemblance on both of them. They look related.
I do think it would have been nice to list the known witches as a family as the Witch Queen is the mother of all witches so that it also includes Dorothy Unsworth, Dominante Code, and Catherine from Eye of the midnight sun
