Hello everyone, I am Qingfeng. The black forest cake usually uses sponge cake as the cake base. I use a softer chiffon cake because I put the black forest into the cup.
This video uses the cake base recipe from the previous video, and teaches you how to use the remaining chocolate frosting and hardened chocolate from the previous video. Collect them and put them in a sealed box and store them in the refrigerator. They can be used as a decoration on the surface of the cake, or they can be reheated and melted with hot water for frosting.

🍒Cocoa chiffon cake ( 6 mugs,Cup size: height 120mm, capacity can hold about 360ml)
60g milk, 10g cocoa powder
40g vegetable oil or corn oil
55g cake flour
4 eggs, 50g caster sugar
3g lemon juice

Cherries - pitted (cherries) 350g
35g caster sugar

1: 160g thickened cream ( whipped cream)- (ganache part)
50-70% cocoa content dark chocolate 160g
2: 600g thickened cream (whipped cream)- (firstly refrigerate part 1, then add to part 2 to whip)
