Some Black Mountain Rag on her Blueridge BR140 with Martin Retro medium strings for her friend, David Gartland (Director of Marketing and Artis Relations at Saga/Blueridge Guitars)
Holy Smoke! You're kickin' it little lass 🎵 💙 Today is May 3rd 2021 and I listened to you for the 1st time playing with Ashlyn. You had my attention from the start. I then listened to 2 more songs including Wayfaring Stranger and now I'm here with your latest😁 plus you've got yourself a New Subscriber from Burbank California😚God bless
Great guitarist. I'll bet she would be good at poker too. You'd never know what she was holding with that poker face. I like that. Some players make all these goofy faces. She just gets down to business.
Great job!! I heard somewhere if you want to play fiddle songs on a guitar you have to have the song note for note in your head. Obviously shes got it! And IMHO you cant beat Bluegrass on a solid wood mahogany guitar! That Blueridge nails it. Reminds me of when Mark O'Conner won the National Bluegrass Picking on a guitar AND also the Fiddle the same year. He was 15 at the time.
Nice to see a young girl playing excellent guitar. My daughter learns guitar too. She is eight now and your channel will inspire her. You got a new subscriber from Canada.
