I believe this 45 "King's Row" to be the transformation of The Knowbody Else to Black Oak Arkansas.. Right before BOA left Arkansas/Nashville for rock stardom in California. This song is not available in any other format other than this Vinyl 45.. My copy is a Promo double sided.
