She worked for over a decade as a security guard, and she thought candles would be a hobby, but she was quickly set straight. Just four months after starting her business, she quit her job and became a full time artist. Since then, Morgan has launched 14 original fat candle designs, two planters, loads of stickers, cross-stitch patterns, and more. Her art features stretch marks and butt dimples, top surgery scars, bodies breast and a penis, b-bellys, rolls, and so much more. Morgan puts her heart and soul into her work. there are lots of small businesses selling body-shaped candles, but the shop you found actually seems to make their own molds, which is a whole other level of artistry involved. very impressed with their products.

Nearly every CTOAN design is original, developed by Jodyann Morgan, and intended to fill a massive gap in the market. Fat bodies are simply impossible to find in candle art, aside from the handful of designs that make the rounds, until now.

CTOAN is a fat art company, so the candles primarily represent fat bodies. Luckily, the last brand featured as lots of smaller options, and Etsy also has loads of non fat options ❤️

I really like Lip Bar. It's a black-owned business that sells makeup. They got rejected on Shark Tank, but despite that, they still managed to make a successful business. I think they're in CVS as well.

My favorite Black-owned business is Black Kindle Candles. She is local to me, which is fantastic. Her candles are cleaning burning with a strong scent throw, and they come in either a heavy rocks glass or a black glass jar with a bamboo lid. Hooray for reusability! I buy from her so much that she sent me a candle for Christmas. 😁
