My best friend is Jewish he calls me a goy all the time. It doesn't have a negative connotation. They just have a word to destiguish Jews from non-Jews. Especially, since traditional, they are supposed to marry non-Jews. Kinda like how I'm Hispanic, and I say "gringo". A lot of people think it's supposed to be a mean word, but it just means non Hispanic person or non Spanish speaker.

As an Israeli, a religious Jew, I did not understand much of the words. These slangs are definitely for Jews but for Yiddish-speaking Jews and usually Ashkenazi Jews. But I enjoyed the video and learned things I did not know and that's nice.👍
