The one RU-vid that makes me want to move to the States. Such great folk bands, we don't have that on this side of the Atlantic.

I was fortunate to see their first ever public gig at the Rickshaw Stop about a month after I moved to San Francisco. After the show, my girlfriend at the time asked Annalisa for a kiss and she obliged.

Love Black Prarie with a love that increases each time I listen to them. They are completely on their own musical enterprise. Black Prarie plays what they like, and not what is commercial. As a result of making music for the sheer love of it, the music is more alive and vibrant. From song to song Black Prairie is capable of evoking many moods..soulful, joyous, contemplative, rocking, etherial and just plain fun.

Nice to hear Annalisa's voice again. Was sad to see her leave Barefoot but this is really great also.
