Its 2024, I'm in my 30's, I"ve always been a metal band but I slept on these early bands prior to the 80's, including the legendary sabbath. Why? Even this sounds amazing! I've been missing out.

It almost sounds like italian opera with that amazing phrasing of the chorus, its such a classic its timeless. Masterpiece.

I was at this gig in old Paris. I was 16 and loved it.

Pulverizing! Nothing more menacing and trodding than an SG in Tony's hands.

In 1970 this was so ground-breaking. The first time I listened to Black Sabbath back then I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I couldn't get enough of it and I'm still listening to it. This is one of my favourite songs. That first album will always ne special to me.

They were so Unique. Every Guitar riff Tony Iommi invented, was So Evil. Guitar-licks-of-Doom !!! Ozzy's Voice was so appropriate for Black Sabbath. He was Singing-from-the Grave. There will Never be another band like them. And they were: Better Musicians then people give them credit for.

Was nothing like smoking a joint and listening to Sabbath through some good Koss 4AAA's cranked way up back in the 70's!

I am 61 and my husband I listen to this and much more all the time. I still get extremely excited by it like it was yesterday and I was young and hot. Concerts were not expensive and the shows were UNBELIEVABLE the crowd would go wild !

Legendary. The 60s seemed rather sunny, and Sabbath came like a storm brewing from a unseen distance, caught everyone off guard and wrecked everything.

"N.I.B." begins with a bass solo by Geezer Butler, titled "Bassically" on some US releases. It involves the use of wah-wah on his bass and was recorded in one take, as the amp's volume control is audibly turned up before the distorted bass intro of "N.I.B." begins.

I saw them 2 times in this era. Both times at Bill Graham's Winterland in San Francisco. Boy...were they fucking loud!!! My ears rang for 3 weeks after each of those two concerts. I grew up in a great time for music. I'm 67.

Bill Wards use of triplet kicks between the snares and kicks really locks into a groove. No other drummer that played for Sabbath incorporated quite like he did. Goosebumps every time I listen to this!

You guys are stoned. I have seen Ozzy live three times and his singing was right on the money every time. And these three concerts spanned decades.

I was 10 years old in the August of 2020 in 5th grade and I got into rock music. Black Sabbath was the band that introduced me to rock music. In fact n.i.b Was the first rock song I ever listened to. This video was the first time I listened to black sabbath and rock music. I'm in 6th grade and I'm into many more rock legends. But black sabbath will always be my all time favorite band.

My dad saw Black Sabbath live 4 times in their hayday in the early 70's. He's a super fan to say the least. I went and saw Ozzy in my teens in the early 2000's. Never felt closer to my dad than at that concert.

These videos sound so Clean! It's weird! And They have just the basic setup. I think that's why it sounds so good! It's just them. Their talent. and their basic instrumnets!
