Guyssss, tips if u want, u can find an instant black sesame and walnut powder,so u just have to add water n its done :)) (just incase u dont want to make a whole batch of it) (or in my case i can't find any black sesame on my local supermarket)
Not sure if my blender is not strong enough or I didn't cool the seeds properly. When I tried to grind the seeds, they get stuck together and become paste like due to the oil. In the end I just blend w water n then cook the paste and sieve out the seeds. Waste a lot of seeds cos they are not finely ground.
You may try doing in another way which I later found out easier: Replace sugar with icing sugar, mix with cooled toasted sesame, grind with dry mill into powder first, then only add in water and other ingredients and blend until smooth again before sieving, you may refer the steps in another video: mykitchen101en.com/black-sesame-mung-bean-paste-filling-for-mooncake/
