Peter is pissy with a particular villain, teams up with a like minded individual, she's gets up in his face and he beats the crap out of her (equal rights, equal fights). He doesn't kill her but this would make him realize internally that something is very VERY wrong with him.

Maybe... yeah. i think when it comes to peter, truly figuring out that something is wrong with him is when he faces miles. When they actually battle against each other... and peter hurts his friend and protégé to horrible lengths that it won't be funny. There's high potential for this version of the Black Spider-Man to be one that really is going to send the message of vengeance and fear upon the criminal underworld of new york! @@MarioSonicB127 He’s right about Miles being traumatized by venom, because venom is the reason his mother died in the comics tragically. But it’s not the reason he came up with the venom blast. He’s very much wrong on that. He always had it and it grew and evolved with Miles’s growth in the comics. Recently he’s been fighting Carnage in the short crossover and it didn’t go well with him. When king in black started, Eddie goes to try to save scorpion from Carnage and in doing he leaves Miles to fend for himself. It didn’t go well at all and Miles had a symbiote forced on him, this event still traumatized him to this day and it explains why he was so distant in “Trial By Spider” anyways Miles is literally TERRIFIED to fight Carnage again. But with lives on the line, his PTSD won’t matter to him, he’ll do his best to save people no matter what. Even THAT didn’t go well either…😩😔 he took a beating hard and only managed to save one person since Cleatus had killed a whole bar and used they’re dead bodies as puppets. One of his new powers is that he can clone himself now. Which is cool since it opens up a lot of new things he can do. But I believe the best thing to come out of this short crossover so far (as of issue #6 for Miles’s book) is that Miles is getting his own villain team! They’re called “The Cape Killers” and they’re employed under agent Gao, a new character introduced in Miles’s new run and they consist of female electro, a female speedster and TASKMASTER HIMSELF!🥶😱 Miles has his work cut out for him.
