A quick overview of the Black Widow PLX 64". The specs are 60# @ 27" and the handle is zebra wood, the orangish core is Yew, and the veneers are "Tear Drop Elm". The veneer wood does seem hard to find.

I have been shooting my bows in the yard. I have not been able to get to full draw for about 2 years. I was so happy when I was looking at something in the yard and it disappeared and I watched the arrow all the way to the spot I was looking. I really missed that.

60 lb bow and your draw is 30 inches. You're shooting just about 65 pounds of force. I've gotten used to shooting about 60 pounds. It was (and still is) an adjustment to get over. Your form is awesome! Now get out there and make us proud!

Just came across your video. Good shooting and nice looking bow. I have messed around with split and 3 under myself. I like split the best. It feels better for me. I have noticed that most of the better shooters, shoot 3 under though. Great video. Good luck this season.

I have a 66” plx on order. Do you shoot factory strings and do you like the puffs over the spider silencers?

Puffs are better. I make my over strings. I shoot osage bows I make myself.
