Please note below covid restrictions- subject to change in 2021 / 2022
-You MUST book online in advance. There are timed sessions and each session is of 3 hours. These start every 30 minutes.
-'Beach Ready' is advised however there are changing facilities available for those who require it on arrival. Changing rooms are 'Village/communal' style. It is advised that families take advantage of the family changing places.
-Capacity has been reduced to a third from full capacity. This will enhance the experience and drop queue times for slides.
-Mask are NOT currently required at any part of the experience.
-Height and age restrictions apply for certain slides, covered within the video.
-The Spa, shop and arcade are the only areas closed within the building.
-The wristband are loadable from reception and can be used to purchase food and drinks within the pool area. They are accepting card and card within too.
-Pram/push chairs can be stored in their designated bay, but left at owners risk.
-First Aid is available onsite should you need it. Lifeguards have been given additional training based on Covid-19.
-Please follow all signage, rules, and restrictions onsite to ensure you have a great and safe experience.

Sanitation stations are available throughout the building. Staff will be wearing visors during public hours. Social Distancing is advised at 2m throughout the waterpark, although 1m+ in areas that lack that sort of space. Areas are cleaned down on a regular basis. The water is chlorine based. Systems in place such as 'keep left' on corridors and stair ways.
