ooh.. heh.. well.. i dont the actual name for the type.. but its high quality steel :) it is a piece of blade from an old plow. Thoes make good knives ;)
i got no idea m8 :P its over a 100 years old. i got it for free of my Fathers brothers old master. its about 110-120 Kg and have very few dings. But again.. no idea what kind of steel it is.. all i know that its the best anvils ive ever had.
