These are a YYYYUGE **YES** for me to make!!! That is, once we stop melting in sun and humidity, or get back inside via the backstroke swim technique after a deluging rain of 2 or more inches, in “no time flat,”😂😂 in South Lancaster County (hereinafter “Solanco” on this channel!), PA!!! I am Katie Owens, Palm Bay, Florida. Have cooked on our Blackstone 4-5 times so far…yes in July in Florida…I think I am crazy. Of course my husband is obsessed with the smash burgers. I am obsessed with the marinated chicken chunks and hibachi carrots on the stove then a little char from the griddle….Love all eggs in all forms…love cheese…it is its own food group!

Longmont, CO. I like the simply potato shredded potatoes, breakfast sausage and scrambled eggs quesadillas. I use a good melting cheese. Topped with green chili. Camping hack, you can put your veggies and meat in a half pan covered with foil so you can keep the filling warm until people are up and ready to eat.

Made them this morning while camping in Lancaster, Pa. I do most of the cooking when we camp and always try to have at least one thing from you, Todd, Nate or CJ to try. She really like them but I think I could use less stuff next time. They were a little overstuffed and messy.😂

Yes! It’s the glue for any taco or sandwich! Ever have a caprese chicken sandwich fall apart on you!? Mozzarella on both sides melted keeps everything together ❤

I am from Michigan and I am just learning to cook on my griddle. I am loving it. I have not tried doing any kind of breakfast foods yet (not sure why not) just have not. ❤❤ it’s FAST which is why I started making them! When Keira was little she loved eggs hated the dippy yolks (Cams opposite he loves the dippy yolk) so I smashed her egg with a tortilla bc I had no bread and she loved how PUFFY they got 😂 so it’s my “I have no plan for dinner” meal 😊

Another really tasty sounding/looking meal. I like your style. I've only been griddling. When I started literally a year ago I found a seasoning called Onion butter. I use it on my eggs and it so good. Thanks for such good cooks.

Nice Betty - I've made eggs pretty much every way on my BS griddle - I'm lucky enough to have my own hens, so the eggs are always fresh! These quesadillas look superb - almost like a "Western" - one of my faves! As always, I'm just west of Ottawa Canada in the country. - Cheers!

Downingtown is where I reside. MHS grad. Only good eggs are runny eggs!! If i'm not covered in egg and cheese, i've failed the meal!! You have all the fun toys though!! Thanks for another fun video. You can make scrambled egg tacos! I like my scrambled eggs fluffy and filling tortillas I char over the gas burners. Or crack and egg and slightly scramble before placing the tortilla over top.

Luckily the ham comes diced so just a quick chop of peppers and onions for this one. But honestly I usually go just egg and cheese and maybe a bacon sprinkle or a side of sausage gravy for dipping!

@@BlackstoneBetty That sounds good too. I have a couple of commercial choppers. One makes 1/2" squares and whatever the thickness is. So I can cut ham steaks 1/2" thick and run them through that to make 1/2" cubes. Handy but not often used.
